About Our Classes

Itty Bitty Bakers Huntsville provides hands-on, small group baking classes for kids. Together we follow a recipe and create something delicious. We believe in food exposure and love introducing kids to new ingredients. Our kitchen is a safe place for kids to make a mess or try something new. Classes include cooking, meal preparation, and cake decorating, with a primary focus on baking. We are conveniently located just 5 minutes from Town Madison/Toyota Field in Huntsville, AL.We offer monthly classes, private classes for you and your friends, birthday parties for children, and in-house field trips for schools, daycares, libraries, and more!

Melting Snowman Brownies

Saturday, January 10th 10am - 12pm
Age: 3- 7yrsIn this cozy, hands-on baking class, children will bake rich, chocolatey brownies from scratch and transform them into adorable melting snowmen using fluffy marshmallows, icing, and festive candy decorations.
Bakers will learn simple baking techniques, practice decorating skills, and get creative as they bring each snowman to life.

Valentine's Sugar Cookie Cups

Saturday, February 7th 10am - 12pm
Age: 3 - 7 years
In this fun and festive baking class, little bakers will make soft sugar cookie cups filled with creamy cheesecake and decorate them with festive sprinkles. Each child will shape their cookie cups, watch them bake, then fill and decorate them to create adorable, share-worthy treats.
This class focuses on hands-on fun, simple steps, and creativity — perfect for young children. Every baker will take home their Valentine cookie cups to enjoy or share with someone special.

Valentine's Day Cookies

Saturday, February 7th 2pm - 4pm
Age: 7 - 12 yearsIn this sweet and creative baking class, kids will roll out a unique shortbread cookie dough sure to please! Each baker will cut their cookies into various heart shapes, and decorate them using Valentine-inspired hues and sprinkles.
Bakers will explore creativity through color, design, and simple decorating techniques, making each cookie one-of-a-kind. Every child will take home their beautifully decorated shortbread cookies to share!

Spring is Coming!
Layer Cups

Saturday, March 7th 10am - 12pm
Age: 3 - 7 yearsIn this hands-on baking class for littles, young bakers will celebrate spring on the way while creating adorable chocolate “dirt cup” desserts. Children will layer homemade chocolate zucchini muffins, creamy chocolate pudding, and Oreo “dirt” into individual cups.
Bakers will finish their treats by creating edible spring flowers with chocolate-dipped Oreo flowers and colorful M&M petals. This playful, age-appropriate class encourages creativity, confidence, and lots of springtime smiles.

Take and Bake
Breakfast for Dinner

Saturday, March 7th 3pm - 5pm
Age: 8 - 13 yearsIn this hands-on baking class, kids will prep and bake a hearty breakfast-for-dinner meal that’s perfect for the whole family. Bakers will assemble and bake a sausage and egg casserole, prepare homemade cinnamon rolls to take home and bake later, and make a fresh seasonal fruit salad.
Each child will leave with a complete dinner for four, making this class both fun and practical.Casserole is baked in class. Cinnamon rolls are prepared in class and baked at home.

Feb 10 9:30am - 11amCome join us for a Toddler Snack Series featuring Apple Pie Granola Parfaits, Cheddar Drop Biscuits, Raspberry Oat Bars, and Strawberry Muffins! Each week we will bake a different snack. While our snack bakes we will explore sensory bins and enjoy pretend play with kitchen objects. These classes feature snacks with low sugar and no food coloring. Eat some in class and take some home to share!
Pay once for all four classes!

Have your baking party at our Huntsville location!

With our foundations in baking classes for children ages 3-12, we now offer classes for teens and adults.Our classes are hands-on and small group. Class Info

All classes and camps are drop-off and pick-up. Dress code is closed-toe shoes and hair tied back off the shoulders for safety and cleanliness in the kitchenFor children’s classes we kindly request that you:
- Send your child with a water bottle with their name on it- Only send your child to class/camp if they can use the restroom independently, as we are not permitted to assist children in the restroom.

Meet Kayla

Kayla is a former elementary school teacher turned stay-at-home mom to four little ones. Her love for baking developed in college. Birthdays are her favorite holiday and she loves to celebrate with delicious baked goods. Kayla moved to the Madison/Huntsville area in 2022, and she is excited to share her love of baking with the students she teaches!

All sales are final. Due to the small class size and preparation involved, we’re unable to offer refunds for cancellations.If you need to cancel more than 48 hours before a class, you’re welcome to:Transfer your spot to a friend, or
Receive a credit to use toward a future class.Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are not eligible for transfer or credit.Thank you for understanding and helping us keep these classes running smoothly!
