About Our Classes

Itty Bitty Bakers Huntsville provides hands-on, small group baking classes for kids. Together we follow a recipe and create something delicious. We believe in food exposure and love introducing kids to new ingredients. Our kitchen is a safe place for kids to make a mess or try something new. Classes include cooking, meal preparation, and cake decorating, with a primary focus on baking. We are conveniently located just 5 minutes from Town Madison/Toyota Field in Huntsville, AL.We offer monthly classes, private classes for you and your friends, birthday parties for children, and in-house field trips for schools, daycares, libraries, and more!

Mini Easter Cupcakes

Saturday, April 4th 10am - 12pm
Age: 5 - 8 yearsHop into the kitchen for our sweet Easter baking class just for ages 5–8! Young bakers will bake and decorate mini vanilla cupcakes, fill them with a creamy chocolate mousse, and decorate with colorful tie-dye buttercream - made by them! Just like easter eggs are unique, each baker will get to customize their frosting swirls with their own color choices. While the cupcakes bake and cool we will enjoy festive Easter-themed games. It’s a fun-filled class full of creativity, giggles, and delicious treats to take home!

Mini Easter Cookies

Saturday, April 4th 1pm - 3pm
Age: 8 - 12 yearsJoin us for a festive Easter baking class designed especially for ages 8–12! Bakers will create mini roll-out lemon cookies and learn the fun new skill of dipping them in beautifully marbled glaze for a stunning spring finish. We’ll mix in Easter-themed games for extra fun, making this class the perfect blend of creativity, learning, and sweet celebration!

Mom & Me - Mother's Day Cookie Cake Class

Saturday, May 9th
Age: 4 - 8 years 10am - 12pm
Age: 8 - 13 years 1pm - 3pmCelebrate Mother’s Day with a sweet hands-on Mom & Me baking class! Moms (or Grandmas!) may bring 1 or 2 children in the age group to bake and decorate a delicious cookie cake together. While the cookie cake bakes and cools, we’ll play a fun game and practice decorating skills on individual cookies to be eaten in class. Each mom will head home with a uniquely decorated cookie cake, perfect for serving at her Mother’s Day lunch and enjoying together.
*Registration fee covers one mom (or grandma) and up to 2 kids within the age group.

BLUEY Baking Camp

June 18 & 19 9am - 12pm
July 23 & 24 9am - 12pm
Ages 5-8
This two-day drop-off camp is filled with hands-on baking, playful games, sweet story time, and creative crafts. Campers will measure, mix, and decorate their way through Oh! Cheddar Biscuits, Fairy Pop Tarts, Pavlova, and Mini Bluey Blueberry Loaf, building confidence in the kitchen while making new friends. Each day includes lunch, plenty of taste-testing, and lots of imaginative fun. It’s the perfect blend of learning, laughter, and delicious treats.
*Registration will only list day 1 but includes both days.

Dessert Imposters Baking Camp

July 9 & 10 9am - 12pm
Ages 8-14
Dessert Imposters Baking Camp where sweet treats cleverly disguise themselves as breakfast and dinner favorites. In this two-day drop-off camp, campers will create a breakfast of Fried Egg Cookies and Pancake & Syrup Whoopie Pies, then dinner with Fried Chicken Cake Pops and Baked Potatoes made from Sweet Potato Bread. Along the way, they’ll bake from scratch, learn new kitchen and decorating skills, play games, enjoy lunch (included), and taste-test their creations. It’s creative, hands-on fun with a delicious twist.
*Registration will list only day 1 but includes both days.

Dessert Imposters Baking Class

July 11th 9am - 12pm
Ages 8-14
Join us for a one day version of our Dessert Imposters Baking Camp, where sweet treats cleverly disguise themselves as breakfast and dinner favorites. Bakers will create a breakfast of Fried Egg Cookies and Pancake & Syrup Whoopie Pies, OR dinner with Fried Chicken Cake Pops and Baked Potatoes made from Sweet Potato Bread - they'll have to wait and see which one! Class Info

All classes and camps are drop-off and pick-up. Dress code is closed-toe shoes and hair tied back off the shoulders for safety and cleanliness in the kitchenFor children’s classes we kindly request that you:
- Send your child with a water bottle with their name on it- Only send your child to class/camp if they can use the restroom independently, as we are not permitted to assist children in the restroom.

Meet Kayla

Kayla is a former elementary school teacher turned stay-at-home mom to four little ones. Her love for baking developed in college. Birthdays are her favorite holiday and she loves to celebrate with delicious baked goods. Kayla moved to the Madison/Huntsville area in 2022, and she is excited to share her love of baking with the students she teaches!

All sales are final. Due to the small class size and preparation involved, we’re unable to offer refunds for cancellations.If you need to cancel more than 48 hours before a class, you’re welcome to:Transfer your spot to a friend, or
Receive a credit to use toward a future class.Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are not eligible for transfer or credit.Thank you for understanding and helping us keep these classes running smoothly!
