About Our Classes

Itty Bitty Bakers Huntsville provides hands-on, small group baking classes for kids. Together we follow a recipe and create something delicious. We believe in food exposure and love introducing kids to new flavors and ingredients. Our kitchen is a safe place for kids to make a mess or try something new. Classes include cooking, meal preparation, and cake decorating, with a primary focus on baking. We are conveniently located just 5 minutes from Town Madison/Toyota Field in Huntsville, AL.We offer monthly classes, private classes for you and your friends, birthday parties for children, and in-house field trips for schools, daycares, libraries, and more!

Ladies Night

Coffee, coffee, coffee...and cake! Join us for a fast-talking, fun-filled evening inspired by Stars Hollow. We’ll make our own individual Coffee Coffee Coffee Cakes to take home, while enjoying other Gilmore Girls–themed treats and, of course, plenty of coffee.
Grab your favorite flannel, your best friends, and come spend the evening baking, laughing, and channeling your inner Lorelai and Rory.

Halloween Push Pops

A little spooky, a little sweet, and a whole lot of fun! Bakers will layer delicious snickerdoodle cake and creamy frosting into their very own Halloween push pops, then add festive decorations for a treat that’s almost too cute to eat. Come ready for some Halloween magic, sweet surprises, and plenty of hands-on fun!

Halloween at Hogwarts

Ages 8 - 14

Step into the wizarding world for an evening of Hogwarts magic and sweet treats! Young witches and wizards will create their own adorable Monster Book of Monsters Mini Cakes with rich chocolate cake and homemade chocolate frosting. We’ll also brew up some kid-friendly Butterbeer to enjoy while we bake!Wear your house colors and join us for an enchanting evening of baking, Butterbeer, and a little Hogwarts magic!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cakes

November 14th 10am - 12pm
Ages 4 - 7

Get ready for a little Thanksgiving baking fun with these kid-approved Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cakes! Bakers will make deliciously soft and flavorful pumpkin cakes packed with chocolate chips, then finish each one with a sweet dollop of creamy cream cheese frosting.We’ll have plenty of Thanksgiving-themed fun along the way as we bake, decorate, and celebrate the flavors of fall. Each baker will create their own delicious pumpkin treat to enjoy and share!

Pumpkin Shaped
Dinner Rolls

November 14th 2 - 4pm
Ages 8 - 14

Get ready for a little Thanksgiving baking magic! In this hands-on class, bakers will learn how to make pillowy-soft Milk Bread Honey Dinner Rolls using a special Tangzhong starter that gives these rolls their incredibly soft, tender texture.Bakers will shape their dough into adorable little pumpkins, then bake them to golden, buttery perfection. Each baker will leave with 6 pumpkin-shaped dinner rolls—perfect to enjoy with dinner that night or pop in the freezer to save for your Thanksgiving table!

We are a woman-owned small business that specializes in educational baking classes in Huntsville, AL. With our foundations in baking classes for children ages 3-12, we now offer classes for teens and adults.Our classes are hands-on and small group. Together we follow a recipe and create something delicious. We believe in food exposure and love introducing kids to new ingredients. Our kitchen is a safe place for kids to make a mess or try something new. Classes include cooking, meal preparation, and cake decorating, with a primary focus on baking.We offer monthly classes, private classes for you and your friends, birthday parties for child, and in-house field trips for schools, daycares, libraries, and more!

Class Info

All classes and camps are drop-off and pick-up. Dress code is closed-toe shoes and hair tied back off the shoulders for safety and cleanliness in the kitchenFor children’s classes we kindly request that you:
- Send your child with a water bottle with their name on it- Only send your child to class/camp if they can use the restroom independently, as we are not permitted to assist children in the restroom.

Meet Kayla

Kayla is a former elementary school teacher turned stay-at-home mom to four little ones. Her love for baking developed in college. Birthdays are her favorite holiday and she loves to celebrate with delicious baked goods. Kayla moved to the Madison/Huntsville area in 2022, and she is excited to share her love of baking with the students she teaches!

All sales are final. Due to the small class size and preparation involved, we’re unable to offer refunds for cancellations.If you need to cancel more than 48 hours before a class, you’re welcome to:Transfer your spot to a friend, or
